An integrated storage platform
We deliver between 60 and 100 tons of finished products per month in the form of 7,000 listed items and in batches of 1 to 150,000 pieces. This has led us to build almost 2,500 sqm of warehousing.
The layout and computerized management of these spaces, numbering 5,500, allows us
to know at any time the available quantities of each listed item.

Multi-depot delivery: where you want, when you want
Each year we process 1,500 orders, which are transported to 1,200 delivery points, with an overall volume of 600 tons. DIY trading groups have informed us of the multiplicity of order and delivery points for a single invoiced client.
The software packages used by our carriers and their websites allow us to track each of our deliveries right up to its final destination.
Scheduling a manufacturing process and splitting the production run between a number of points of delivery in accordance with various deadlines is therefore a routine service at BOUTTE.

Handling orders: a continuous supply, depending on requirements
Isolated or scheduled orders, contractual orders to be released to order...
our ERP, incorporating the functions of Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality, is designed to adapt to the expression of our clients’ requirements.
Twice weekly, a calculation of net requirements incorporates stock data, deadlines for the supply of material, manufacturing rates, reservations for clients’ orders and expectations in terms of purchasing and manufacturing, in order to propose a schedule.
The scheduling of production takes place under the constraint of finite capacity for the first operation in the schedule, which is the metal turning process. Be reassured: the proximity of our sales and planning departments, plus the flexibility of our workshops allow us always to find the optimal solution.
